Hello, Can youorganize a farmers market?
Dianne, thank you for contacting the Chamber. There is a farmer’s market in town that is organized and run by Coffee and Ice located at 5th and O’Neal. I believe they are open on Saturdays from 8am until noon. You may contact Kelly Deen at 214-870-8421 for more information.

What events will be held on “The Bricks” for 2023? What are the requirements for having a booth during these events, etc.?
Where can I dispose of old paint, oil, etc in thhhis area
I have been unable to locate a hazardous waste disposal facility near our community, or even in Van Zandt county.
If you are disposing of latex based paint, the best thing to do is to let it dry completely and then throw it in the trash. Unfortunately, oil-based paints do need to go to a hazardous waste facility. Many auto parts stores will accept and recycle used oil and other automotive fluids free of charge.
