Event Rental Properties

Community Room/Easterwood Plaza

The Wills Point Community Room is available for rental to individuals, businesses and organizations for their special events. We are able to host events for up to 150 people. Our kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, small freezer, microwave, commercial stove and oven.

We provide:

  • 12 – 60 inch round tables
  • 3 – 6 ft rectangular tables
  • 75 – chairs

Rental Rates:

  • Hourly rental for $75.00
  • 1/2 day rental (6 hours or less) for $250.00
  • Full day rental (more than 6 hours) for $350.00
  • In addition to the rental fee, we require a $100 refundable deposit.

Mitchell Hall (Train Depot)

The Depot is available for rental by contacting Pat Mitchell with the Wills Point Historical Society. Please contact Pat at 214-354-7374 for availability and rates.

Merica Inn and Suites

Merica Inn and Suites is located on Highway 80 in the Wills Point Business Park and features a meeting and conference room that is available for rental. Contact the hotel directly at 903-873-7500.

The Cozy – A Celebration Venue at Flat Cozy Antiques

The Cozy is the perfect place to celebrate your special occasion and is located just east of Wills Point on Highway 80. Please contact them directly at 903-292-2259.

Charley’s Place / Lester Park

To reserve the pavilion at Lester Park please contact the City of Wills Point at 903-873-2578 Option 1.

Bruce Park with Outdoor Pavilion
